I am having difficulty placing my order, what should I do?
If you experience problems placing your order online please contact us on + 353 45 897090 and we will happily take your order over the phone.
Can I order by phone?
Yes - If you would like to speak personally to an expert advisor when placing your order please contact us on + 353 45 897090.
Can I send my order anonymously?
Yes - The recipient of your gift will only receive the information you have written in the card message field. If the card message does not include your name, the recipient will have no way of knowing who sent the flowers. If your recipient requests information about who sent the order, this will not be revealed without your permission.
Please note - all customer details provided for credit card verification purposes are covered by the Data Protection act, such details cannot be disclosed without the sender’s prior consent.
It is worth noting that often when an order is received without a signature that the recipient will ask us for the sender’s details. In keeping with the above we may contact you seeking permission to pass on the information. You are guaranteed that this will not happen without your express prior consent.
Can I choose a delivery date in the future?
Yes - You can order up to 1 year in advance. You must choose a delivery date in the "Requested Delivery Date" box during the "Checkout" process.
Can I send flowers to PO Box and BFPO addresses?
We will happily accept any florist delivered orders to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
When placing your order through one of our expert advisors on + 353 45 897090. You must supply a telephone number for the recipient and specify the PO Box or BFPO number in the first line of the recipient's address.
DELIVERY WILL NOT BE ATTEMPTED UNLESS THE TELEPHONE NUMBER IS ANSWERED.
Can I specify a time for delivery?

However, if you’re ordering for a funeral and require delivery for a specific time, please add this information to your order form using the "Additional Delivery Information" box on the order form. The name of the deceased should also be included within the delivery information box.
For orders outside of Ireland, UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, delivery shall be made as soon as is reasonably practicable,
How will I know when my order has been delivered?
If you require confirmation of delivery please contact our Sales team on + 353 45 897090.
As deliveries are carried out over the full working day, we are often only able to provide confirmation of delivered of gifts 24 hours after your chosen delivery date.
What time do I need to order by for same day delivery?
Orders received BEFORE 14:00 GMT Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holidays) may be placed for same day delivery. We do not normally operate a Sunday Delivery Service. Same Day Delivery service is available to most areas of Ireland and the UK. We can also achieve ‘Same Day’ in most of continental USA.
What happens if the recipient is not at home when the delivery is made?
If there is no one at home, when we attempt delivery, your gift will usually be left with a neighbour (or, a safe place at the recipients address). Otherwise, in the event there is no one available/willing to accept the delivery, your gift may be returned to the shop. In either event the driver will leave a calling card for the recipient to advise them of the action taken, the whereabouts of the gift or the shops contact name and telephone number. When contacted by the recipient, the florist will arrange re-delivery at a mutually agreed time. If the elapsed time is more than 24 hours we dispatch an entirely new bouquet.
Providing a mobile number for the recipient, when you place your order, will give the driver the opportunity to resolve any problem directly with the recipient.
Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes it is possible for our florists to make deliveries to hospitals. However we recommend that you check with the hospital before placing your order as many hospitals no longer allow flower deliveries. This is especially the case in Intensive Care wards, ICU.
When placing your order please ensure you include the recipient's surname, full address of the hospital and ward name or number on the delivery information section. In the case of New Arrivals, it is important to check the surname the ‘new mother’ is using.
Can I send flowers to a work/business address?
Yes - For deliveries to work or business addresses, please ensure you include the company name and full address of the recipient. We are unable to accept orders where full address information has not been supplied. Again, if you supply the recipients telephone number at work (and where possible a mobile number.) we will make every endeavour to ensure your gift reaches the intended recipient.
Many Businesses, for security reasons, will not allow us to deliver directly to individuals. Delivery to reception in such cases will be taken as successful.
Please note that orders will be delivered to the reception at the address supplied, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order.
Delivery to a Church for a funeral will be considered as fulfilment and the driver’s sheet taken as ‘proof of delivery’.
Is flower food safe?
Flower food is a concoction of sucrose and anti-bactericides, intended to enhance the vase life of fresh flowers. It is safe to use under most circumstances. It should be used only as indicated on the package. The flower food provided by us is unlikely to cause any distress. However, we make these points:
- Use only as indicated on packaging
- Wash hands after use
- Do keep it out of the reach of children
- If ingested, drink water
- If it gets in the eye, wash with copious amount of fresh water
- If distressed consult a physician
Our flower food is manufactured by the internationally reputable Chrysal Company. The composition of their product has been notified to so called ‘poison control centres’ to which physicians have easy access
